1. How long will it take to receive my watch, and how much is shipping?

UK Deliveries by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
International Deliveries by Royal Mail International Delivery.
All orders usually delivered within 2-3 weeks from the time of payment. After sending out the
parcel, we will have the tracking number to send to you to confirm the shipment. We will notify you of delays. Please be patient!

2. What if I'm not satisfied?
You will be. But if you really don't think they're worth the money, then simply return them to us and we will refund your money, no questions asked. Please do not remove the plastic wrapping around the bands or remove any links, or wear the watch at all, because we cannot refund your money on worn watches. Make sure to read our return policies before ordering.

3. How does your lowest price guarantee work?
Again, because of our purchasing volume from our supplier, we get the watches at deeply discounted prices. We will outbid our competitors for your business! (provided that the person you were going to purchase from is a credible site who not have walked away with your money anyway).

4. How can I trust you with my money?
You will see that there is no way we can rip you off if you pay us by Moneybookers or Paypal. If we don't ship the item, you can contact your credit card company and get a full refund. If we ship an inferior product and don't refund your money, you can contact your credit card company and get a full refund. 5. Will no one ever be able to tell the difference?
The main reason why you want to purchase a Swiss replica instead of a regular replica is because it is almost impossible to tell the difference between our replicas and the real thing. Although certain watches are water-resistant to a certain degree, we suggest keeping it away from water whenever possible, and make sure the crown is always screwed in tight so moisture does not get in. Please do not wear your watch to go swimming or take a shower.

Yes, all our watches are supplied with a 3 month guarantee. As long as the watch is returned in the same condition, and no one has tried to repair it, we offer a repair, replacement or refund.
